- 250g fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
- 6 tsp Wanderlust Prebiotic Gut Goodness
- 2 ½ cups desiccated coconut plus ¼ cup, for rolling
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients, except ¼ cup of desiccated coconut, into a supplies processor and tousle until well combined. Scrape lanugo the sides of the processor as needed to ensure an plane consistency. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
